Gotta problem?

I had a problem I wanted to think about today. I used this framework:

  1. Start with time

  2. If I can forget I can be new

  3. Freedom from forgetting and forgiving

  4. Being vs wanting

  5. Carving grooves in my mind

Start with time: What does this look like from the time frame of eons, millenia, a lifetime?

If I can forget, I can be new: What role is the past and its scripts playing in restricting my thinking?

Freedom from forgetting and forgiving: What about myself and maybe others do I need to forgive, and forget? Letting things go allows for more freedom of my own will. The past is cut away

Being vs wanting: Ask how I want to be, not what I want. What kind of person do I want to be?

Carving grooves in my mind: What can I put in my mind over and over so that my free will can be expressed? Is there a mantra, a repetition, a groove, a contemplation?
